Ingredients

STEAK INGREDIENTS

• McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning 3 g

• French's Classic Yellow Mustard 5 g

• Roughly chopped onion 250 g

• Ground beef 300 g

• Breadcrumbs 15 g

• Fresh milk 15 ml

• Egg yolk 1

• Oil for frying

 

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

• McCormick Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce 60 g

• Soy sauce 60 ml

• Tomato sauce 60 g

PREPARATION

1. Sauté the onion until dark brown, then set aside.

2. Combine the ground beef, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg yolk, McCormick steak seasoning, and French's mustard. Mix well.

3. Shape the mixture into desired sizes. 3. Grill the hamburger steak in a pan until cooked on both sides. Remove and set aside.

4. Mix soy sauce, ketchup, and McCormick Barbecue Sauce to make the dipping sauce.

5. Arrange the hamburger steak on top of hot steamed rice, place the egg yolk on top, and pour the dipping sauce over it. Serve immediately.
